Launch a New Internet Explorer Window from the MLS Toolbar –
For your convenience, a new button in the MLS toolbar opens a new
Internet Explorer (IE) browser window that you can use to navigate
to any Web site! This handy feature saves you time, since you do not
have to minimize the MLS to locate the IE shortcut on your desktop.
NOTE: Windows launched using this button
include all standard IE toolbars and elements.
Search Button on the Listing Locator Module Improved – The
Search button on the Listing Locator now becomes available only
after search criteria has been entered into one of the available
fields.
Icons Visually Identify Selection Options – The Selection
Options area of the Options pane lets you perform several tasks,
such as checking (selecting) listings, and deleting or hiding
listings from your view. Small icons have been added to provide a
visual cue for each available function.
“Delete All Unchecked” Enhanced for Multiple Property Types –
The Delete All Unchecked link (in the Selection Options area of the
Options pane) has been improved to give you more control when
viewing listings across multiple property types. When your search
results (or cart) include multiple property type tabs, the link now
displays as “Delete Unchecked: All
Prop Type.” This lets you
specify whether you want to delete all unchecked listings or just
those in the active property type tab.
Tap Phone Numbers for Automatic Dialing – You can now tap
phone numbers displayed in the MLS PDA interface to automatically
dial them from your PDA phone. This includes agent and office phone
numbers, as well as your contacts' phone numbers.
Print Button Added to Broadcast Notices – A Print button is
now included for broadcast notices that display after you log on,
allowing you to quickly print the notices if desired. This new
button displays to the right of the OK and Read Later buttons.
NOTE: To print all broadcast notices within a
specified date range, select Admin > Broadcast Notices.
Modify the date range in the Filters area at the top of the page if
necessary, and then click the print button on the MLS toolbar 
.
Online Help Streamlined and Easier to Read – All
instructional topics in the Online Help system are now presented in
a numbered step-by-step format, and all action steps (such as
buttons and links) display in bold. In addition, more visual
aids have been added, making it easier to recognize elements
discussed in the topic. All of these changes are designed to make
reading Online Help faster and easier.
Revise MLS Message now Available from the Staff Tools Module
– MLS Staff with appropriate rights can now quickly access the
Revise MLS Message page right from the Staff Tools module on the MLS
Home page.
