·       Property History (Public Viewable field)
It was found that when a user revised the Publish to Internet field for a listing, this change alone did not trigger an entry in the change history table. This has been corrected, and modifying this field now creates an entry in change history that displays on the Property History form. (Note: This field may have an alternate label in your MLS.)

·       Listing Searches
For sites that enable searching based on the two-level Regions/Areas fields, the software was giving an erroneous fill-in error if the user typed a hyphen into the Regions field (such as “4-6” which designates a spread of regions). This has been corrected, and users can use a hyphen (-) character as appropriate when searching within regions. (Note: These fields may have alternate labels in your MLS.)

·       Photographer Export
The Photographer Export was mistakenly including unapproved listings in the exported data. This has been fixed.

·       Manage Pictures
The programming behind uploading and revising listing pictures has been modified in order to address the following problems that have been sporadically reported: 1) listing picture displaying as a red “x”; 2) display order changes not updating correctly; 3) picture file name not updating correctly. These problems have been resolved and should not occur with future picture uploads. In addition, to give improved feedback to agents, error checking has been added to the Display Order field to prevent users from entering non-numeric text.

·       Contact MLS Support
To accommodate agents that have long e-mail addresses, the Contact MLS Support form that can be used to e-mail a support question has been changed. The E-mail Address field has been lengthened to hold up to 80 characters instead of 30.

·       PDF Reports
In some cases, when printing PDF reports additional white space was inadvertently being inserted between listings and the report was not page-breaking properly. This was fixed on the live sites on 6/7/05.

·       Manage Saved Searches
A problem on the Manage Saved Searches form was causing a System Unavailable (clock) page to display if a user made any change on the form and then selected a different radio button for their Sort Saved Searches option before clicking Submit. This has been fixed.

·       Property History Report
The Property History Report has been enhanced to show the following additional fields for each listing (if applicable): Cross Street, Lot Size, Phone to Show, Owner Phone, Contractual Date.

·       Statistical Market Analysis Report
The summary totals reflected on the Statistical Market Analysis Report were found to be miscalculating the Coop Sales vs. In House Sales figures in some cases. This was fixed on the live sites on 5/25/05 (but inadvertently left off a previous Maintenance Report)

·       Contacts/Prospects
The Manage Newly Matched program was mistakenly including inactive prospects as well as active, if they had listings in the Newly Matched tab of their Prospect Cart. The program has been corrected, and inactive prospects no longer display. This was fixed on the live sites on 5/25/05 (but inadvertently left off a previous Maintenance Report).
