•      External Document Attachment
  The PDF upload limit has been increased from 1MB to 2MB when attaching external documents to a listing. This feature can be found using the “Attach External Documents” link in the Other section of the Revise Listing menu.

• Help Icons
  Help icons were mistakenly displaying the error “Page cannot be found” when clicked. This was repaired, and the Help icons now display a description of the selected field or function.

• CMA Portrait Report
  When running the CMA Portrait report format for a land property type, the program was inadvertently omitting the “Lot SqFt” column heading. The column heading has been restored to the report.

• Agent ID Sharing
  When a user was “Working As” another agent and running a CMA Package, the Office Resume was mistakenly associating with the office assigned to the user. This has been fixed, and the “Working As” feature now pulls the resume for the office associated with the assumed identity.

• CMA Landscape Report
  The user’s search criteria were mistakenly listed at the top and the bottom of the CMA Landscape Report. This has been corrected, and now criteria display only once at the top of the report.

•  Mapped Listings Report
  The Mapped Listings Report was incorrectly numbering the map pins that identify listings, in some cases. This has been fixed, and the numbering sequence on the Mapped Listings Report now functions correctly (as it does in the Mapped Listings window).

• Listing Information Form
  A minor problem has been corrected on the Enter/Revise Listing Information form that would have affected only sites that have a section header set up to display in a tan-colored row background. The problem was causing this type of header label to be misplaced on the page, rather than appearing in place above the appropriate fields. This was a cosmetic issue only, and has been fixed.

NOTICE: The following enhancement will be part of the 5/4/05 weekly maintenance:

·       Statistical Reports
The Market Share Report, run as a report option from the Statistics page, has been renamed based on customer requests to the more descriptive title “Ranking Report.” In addition, the column header of “Market Share By” has been changed to “Ranking By.” This change will also help distinguish the Ranking Report from the reports aptly named Market Share reports that are available on the Office menu and the Agent Reports menu.
